When and where is this event?
June 18, 2018, 10:00am - 3:30pm
6pm til late: Kick-off drinks in Brooklyn at DeveloperWeek New York
Venue: Rise New York, 43 W.23rd Street, New York, NY
Located in Flatiron, the hub of New York's startup scene, Rise is perfectly situated among the City's top entrepreneurs and high-profile Fortune 500 companies. We'll start in the 100-seat auditorium, followed by BreakOut Sessions and Matchmaking in Rise's suite of smaller meeting rooms.
How does it work?
While the number of CEE-based companies is capped at 50, only the first 24 registered companies are included in the 1-on-1, closed-door Matchmaking sesssions. And from among these 24, we will select 9 unique companies for the Main Auditorium's Digital Services Showcase presentations (7 min overview of services your company provides to US firms). (Selection of these 9 will be based on the Matchmaking form filled in upon registration.)
Who should attend this event?
Both US operating companies and digital services companies are looking beyond US borders to fulfill their digital needs (including software programming, marketing analytics, mobile AppDev, AI, BigData, etc). If you want to tap into the deep talent of digital companies from CEE, then you should join us in New York.
Can I sponsor the event?
Yes. You will find a number of value-added sponsorships that can help you to fulfill your B2B marketing objectives. Please contact Thom Barnhardt at tb(at)CeeoutsourcingAwards.com, or +48-508-143-963 (in Poland).
What kind of media support does this event have?
We have media support in the United States, India, Scandinavia, and Germany. Additionally, we have support from more than 10 Digital/IT associations across Central & Eastern Europe.
Who is the organizer?
We are an American-owned independent media group (CEE Business Media) with deep experience in Poland and CEE over the last 20 years, based in Warsaw, and we publish magazines, directories, and websites about topics including SSC/BPO, Capital Markets, and FDI investment into/from the CEE region. Our magazines include CEE Shared Services/Outsourcing Directory, and four other titles. We also organize 3 other Awards events per year for the CEE region.
What is the concept and history behind the USA-CEE Digital Services Matchmaking Day?
Ours is the only event that we know of that connects Central Eastern European digital services firms with US buyers of digital/software/IT services.
Demand: US companies - often with operations spanning the globe - are voracious consumers of IT and software programming talent. As the digital world increasingly permeates all corners of every business, the demand for Tech Talent grows incessantly. Both US operating companies and software companies are looking beyond US borders to fulfill their digital needs (including software programming, marketing analytics, mobile AppDev, AI, BigData, etc). The USA-CEE Digital Services Matchmaking Day aims to match these US companies with top talent in CEE.
Supply: Top IT and Software Sourcing talent in Eastern Central Europe is among the best in the world. Dispersed across countries as diverse as Estonia, Poland and Romania, top tech companies from CEE will be in New York to meet IT buyers and procurement executives from US companies.
If you are on either side of this equation, you should join us in New York. We'll make sure that you meet the people you want to meet. We have deep connections throughout Poland, Hungary, LIthuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Ukraine, Slovakia and Belarus.
